A few teenagers have been arrested after a number of tobacco merchandise have been stolen from a Winnipeg enterprise on Friday.

At 2 a.m. police went to a enterprise within the 500 block of Dale Boulevard for reviews of a theft.

Police say as soon as they arrived on scene they discovered a 66-year-old man who gave the impression to be affected by the results of bear spray.

The person was medically assessed on the scene by the Winnipeg Paramedic Service.

Police say officers discovered two suspects within the first 100 block of Westgrove Manner and arrested them after a brief pursuit on foot.
