A few teenagers have been arrested after a number of tobacco merchandise have been stolen from a Winnipeg enterprise on Friday.
At 2 a.m. police went to a enterprise within the 500 block of Dale Boulevard for reviews of a theft.
Police say as soon as they arrived on scene they discovered a 66-year-old man who gave the impression to be affected by the results of bear spray.
